So, I have tried with white progressive movements but between nigger signs (and defenders of sign holders) and turning away the very people on whom you model your acts of civil disobedience? I cannot.

Although, in a weird way maybe this is just right.

You know black folks been marching for nigh on a hundred years now. We have marched for rights that disproportionately benefit everyone else but us (white women, affirmative action). Maybe it is time for the young, nubile, artistically painted white bodies of America’s privileged class to do all the marching. Maybe it’s a good thing that they don’t want us there. It’s not like brown bodies marching is particularly shocking or galvenizing anymore. Maybe it needs to be the pink-haired girls in thrifted Abercrombie and hipster chic boys on bikes with PBA free water bottles swinging from their backpacks.

Maybe this is how it should be: those who stand the most to gain fighting for something for once while black folks have cook-outs and raise children and go to school and tweet admonishments.

Maybe being snubbed, ignored, and outright abused by this white progressive movement is exactly the most American thing that could happen.
